One footprint, one method
The city ring is almost entirely apartments, which means almost every job here is a building job: a lift to book, a dock or a lobby to move through, a manager to keep onside. That's our home ground. The three suburbs with their own pages above are the ones where the work has its own distinct character; everywhere else in the ring runs on the same playbook and books the same way.
Just over the ring's edge, Surry Hills side or across to Glebe? Ask anyway. If a job is close and we can do it well, we usually will; if it's genuinely out of our lane we'll say so rather than do it badly.
