Terms and disclaimers
Plain words about what this website is for and what its contents are worth relying on.
Guides and tools are general guidance
The guides, the FAQ and the Handback Board (the key-return planner on the home page) are general information, written carefully but for the typical case, not your specific one. The Board's outputs, plans, sequences, load-scale descriptions, are a sense of the job, never a quote; if you carry its plan into the enquiry form, it arrives as an editable note, not a commitment. The only price that binds anyone is the fixed price we agree with you in writing for your actual job, after we know what it involves. No prices are published anywhere on this site.
Not legal advice
Pages that describe rules made by other people, council collection schemes, tenancy processes, waste regulations, summarise public information in plain language and link the authority that owns it. Those authorities' current published rules always outrank our summary. Nothing here is legal advice; for goods-left-behind processes and tenancy obligations, rely on NSW Fair Trading and your own advisers.
Images
Said plainly: the crew and apartment photography on this site is generated imagery, made to show the kind of work and spaces we're describing. It doesn't depict a specific past job, a real crew member, or a specific customer's property. The wordmark and site graphics are our own.
Bookings and quotes
A booking exists when we've confirmed it in writing with a date and a fixed price. A quote holds for the job as described to us; if the load on the day is materially different, we'll talk before we lift, not after. Anything we legally can't take (asbestos, chemicals, clinical waste) stays outside every booking regardless of what a form submission says.
This website
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided as-is: things like council scheme details can change at their end without notice. Links to external sites are provided because they're the authoritative source on their subject; their content is theirs. If something on this site looks wrong or out of date, we'd genuinely like to know, use the enquiry form.
