Privacy
The short version: we collect what we need to price and do your job, we use it for that, and we don't sell it or spray it around.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we receive what you type: typically your name, phone number, email if you give one, the suburb and building details, the kind of job, dates, and your description of what needs to go. If you use the planning tool on the home page, the choices you make there are only sent to us if you then submit the enquiry form, where they appear in the visible message box for you to review and edit first.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, price the job, arrange access with your building where that's part of the work, carry out the job, and invoice it. We may share your enquiry with a suitable local provider to service your request, that's the practical machinery of getting your job done, and it's the only sharing that happens.
What we don't do
- No selling or renting your details to anyone
- No marketing lists you didn't ask to join
- No advertising trackers or social-media pixels on this site
Analytics and cookies: there aren't any
This site runs no analytics scripts and sets no cookies. Our hosting keeps the ordinary aggregate request logs every web server keeps; nothing in them identifies you or is tied to your enquiry.
Spam control
The enquiry form carries one hidden field that only automated scripts fill in; if it comes back filled, the submission is treated as spam. That's the whole system. There's no puzzle to solve, no checkbox to tick, and no third-party verification service watching you fill in the form.
Holding and removing your details
Enquiry details are kept for as long as they're useful for arranging and standing behind the work, then they age out. If you'd like what you sent us corrected or deleted, reply to any message from us, or send a note through the enquiry form saying so, and we'll take care of it.
Questions
Anything about privacy you want answered plainly: ask through the enquiry form and it will be.
