Rubbish removal for agents, owners and building managers in Sydney's CBD

You manage the churn; we clear what it leaves behind. A tenant gone quiet with a unit full of furniture, a lobby someone treated as a donation point, a re-let that has to photograph well by Thursday. One call, one fixed price, one invoice for the file.

For property managers and agents

The jobs you send us are rarely tidy. The tenant who left owing rent and a two-bedroom's worth of furniture. The vacate that "was finished" except for the balcony and the cage. The unit that has to go from abandoned to advertised inside a week. We work from your key handover, clear to inspection standard, and send back a photo of the cleared space with the invoice so the file closes itself.

Where goods have been left behind by a former tenant, NSW has a process with notice periods before disposal, and it's yours to run, not ours. We wrote a plain-English summary in the goods-left-behind guide. Once your process is done, we're the one visit that ends it.

For building managers and strata

Common-area dumping is the tax every city building pays: the mattress in the fire stair, the sofa beside the bins that "someone will collect", the garbage room slowly becoming a furniture showroom before the council's weekly slot comes around. We do scheduled or on-call sweeps of garbage rooms, docks and store rooms, and because we book lifts and docks properly in buildings all over the core, we arrive already knowing your rules.

For buildings with constant turnover, it's worth a standing arrangement: one contact, agreed access, and the pile never gets ahead of you. Mention the building in your enquiry and we'll set it up.

Why the building stays friendly

A clearance crew that wedges a lift, scrapes a corridor or leaves the dock blocked costs you goodwill you need for the next ten years of tenancies. Our whole method is built around not being that crew: padded lifts, protected corridors, dock time booked and kept, floors swept. The concierge waves us through because last time went fine too.

Book a clear-out

Tell us the date. We'll handle the building.

Send what needs to go and when the keys go back. We'll come back with one fixed price, agreed before we lift a thing, and we'll sort the goods lift with your building manager.
